'This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!'

'Our group was two couples, one grandmother, one 17 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. That left 3 or us with a full size bed and/or a pull out couch in the living room with no privacy The property should list "sleeps 6 people" noting that two people sleep in living room. Otherwise we had a lovely vacation, steps to beach.'

'Looks nice on the outside but old on the inside. You can not make use of the gym. We were not told at checkin so we were there in vain. This is to outdated and to expensive. '
