'Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. 'We were disappointed in the overall comfort of the room. It was very dark, having an indoor outdoor rug, which didn’t look particularly very clean. The furniture was outdated in the bathroom needed updating as well. We didn’t stay for breakfast.'
