'The room was great nice view pet friendly it would be nice to have some hot tubs all of the staff was very friendly and helpful the elevators need a little work '

'All staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the ac unit kept the room cold. Right on the beach too so you dont have to drive anywhere. Pets are also allowed! Be respectful and clean up after them to keep the grounds clean. Definitely recommend '

'Our 2nd floor room was beachfront. The Nags Head Outlet was within walking distance as well as a huge "beach" store. The Sea Foam is an older historical motel that was recently sold. Yes, it is in need of repair and updating, however, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and decent water pressure. It fit our needs. Word is that the new owners have big plans.'

'We had an amazing stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions about the area. The rooms were nice and comfortable, has everything you need, a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. plenty of channels to watch if the weather keeps you inside. Beach is less than 5 minutes away. There is also a pool to enjoy (which we did when the sand was too hot to walk on) plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend Mia's!'

'Our room had pretty textured walls and beautiful artwork. The furnishings were also high quality. Its a 3 minute walk to the beach, and within a few minutes drive of a mini-mart, ice cream place, and some restaurants. I couldn't figure out when checkout time was, but another guest told me 11am. Also the doors have # codes on them so you can check in without seeing anyone. But the insides of the doors don't have slide locks, so we were worried about someone being able to enter if they found out...

'Super convenient location and easy access to the beach. So nice they had extra locks on the screens so you can leave the door open even with your dog in the room and they can’t push the door open.'

'The stairs and deck going over the sand dune are a mess. The handicap ramp has at least six inches of sand on the turns and the stairs down to the beach are almost totally covered with sand. The deck at the top has two orange cones because there is a hole in the deck. It is Memorial Day weekend and the start of summer so I would think out door maintenance would be much better than it was. Our deck definitely needed the railings and ceiling sanded and painted. 'Check in was a breeze, upon arrive they were painting the outside woodwork. This is an old motel, so I did not expect it to be so good but to my surprise it was it was very good. We got an ocean view room, and it was clean had comfortable bed. The shower is small enough for one person, the coffee pot is small makes one cup but there is a 7/11 a short distance down the road. The ocean view rooms all have chair just outside the rooms and the beach is right at your room. The Nags Head fishing pier...

'So comfortable, quiet, and clean. Bed was super comfy. Easy access, easy parking and a super short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!'

'pet area needs to be lighted.It was totally dark except for 1 small solar light. Also the removal of pet waste was not upheld by many. Due to pet area being so dark, I had to report to the desk staff of a peeping tom. I also found that the cost of $10.95 per person for a buffet breakfast with powdered eggs and over cooked french toast was excessive.'

'The pool wasn’t open but other hotel pools were. The water was turned off for a couple of hours(about 4 each day, 11am to 1/2pm, each day) the staff are helpful, the place was a MESS because they had plumbers there fixing pipes- to which I was told before hand otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere. Overall VERY disappointed in my stay.'

'I enjoyed my stay even if it was one night! Pool was beautiful and relaxing. Stores and restaurants all around! Room was pretty, bed was comfy and crisp. Beach is legit behind like if it was ur backyard. Definitely will be coming back in the future!'
