'When I went to the front, I was told I could not be on the property until 4pm and I was made to go to a public beach. 'This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and we fell in love with the town and friendly community. This adorable carriage house apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was just big enough and had everything we needed. We loved using the bikes provided to ride around and explore. Everything was just as described. 'We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.'

Do not stay here: extra fee, dirty and long lines
"Do not stay at this property. They offer relative cheap prices on internet but charge you a resort fee at the property. This hotel does not have reception and they let you book in at the hotel next to this hotel. We had to wait for more than 45 mins to get checked in as there was only 1 person at reception. When i was checked in i received a very dirty not cleaned room. I went back to check in and after 15 min i received another room. Also this room is outdated and dirty. My advice is to stay in another hotel and if you include this hotel resort fee they are not more expensive and it will safe you a lot of time at check in and you will stay in a much cleaner and better maintained property"
