Prachtig hotel in villa-stijl. Op loopafstand van het centrum in Florence, ongeveer een kwartier wandelen. Het taxibusje van het hotel brengt en haalt je vanuit het centrum, vlakbij Porto Vecchio. Hotel ligt heel erg mooi en rustig. Kamers zijn wel wat aan de kleine kant. Wij hadden een suite, helaas met 2 kleine ramen. Wel met bubbelbad.

Mooi complex met een aanbod van leuke en interessante activiteiten. Echte aanraders. Leuk opgezet met meerdere huisjes/appartementen en een apart hotel/receptie. Prima restaurant waar we meerdere keren heerlijk gegeten hebben. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wel wat last van muggen: raamhorren zouden fijn zijn geweest.

Ideale plek om net buiten Florence te verblijven. Zeer net hotel met vriendelijke bediening en uitstekende faciliteiten. Ze hebben een shuttlebus die je naar de binnenstad van Florence brengt. Super handig! Heerlijk gegeten.

Het hotel is een aanrader en een van de betere kleinschalige 5* hotel ooit naartoe geweest. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, eten (ontbijt en diner) in het hotel is zeer goed. Tip: Laat je verrassen door de chef voor het eten en het bedienend personeel voor de wijn. Het hotel ziet er nieuw uit van binnen en buiten, kamer was ruim, comfortabel, met stortdouche en uitzicht op de Arno. Perfecte lokatie, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Alles keurig verzorgd. 4sterren nivo waardig! De receptioniste heeft iedere dag een leuk restaurant voor ons gereserveerd, super en kwam overeen met onze wensen.

De service in het hotel is echt een belevenis. De frontdesk medewerkers zijn geweldig. Het hotel is netjes en goed ingericht.

reception available 24/7, friendly staff, clean and nicely renovated facility and room. next to the T2 tram stop, that takes you to the city center, train station and airport. the hotel is also within walking distance to the Dumo, and all attractions. There is a big local super market nearby the hotel where you can buy local food and products like the local, intead paying toruist price in the city center.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Il Malaspina. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to help make my partner’s birthday feel special. Prachtige kamers en schoon

Lovely boutique hotel with excellent & engaged staff. The hotel is very diligent about taking the right COVID-19 precautions. Felt safe at every moment. Spa is very comfortable and worth visiting.

This is a gem in busy Florence. Situated so central, in the middle of all, yet not too busy. The staff is cozy and not an automatic pilot reception but genuine service that enjoy their work. We chose the Junior suite, which was such a spacious room having high ceilings and a (sleeping) couch to sit on.
