Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast had a wide selection. It was in a good area of town - quiet, safe, and within close distance to activities. We were very happy with the stay. I did hear a train in the 7AM hour every morning but the rest of my family did not. We would definitely stay here again!'

My only reasons for deducting one point is that the towels weren't supposed to be changed out except after three days.There is a small sign on the bathroom mirror at the lower left hand corner stating this. I also had the "do not disturb" door hanger out while I was away from the hotel but the room was entered anyway to...

It was freezing at all times, i couldn't enjoy it during my stay, but my kids did, so that was a win for them. Hot tubs were great and I loved that they extended hours for adult's only.
