'This is a very clean and well supplied apartment. There were plenty of towels, shower products and coffee for our use . The bed was really comfortable.There were clear instructions for use of tv and air conditioning. I received an email making sure all was going well and contact information if it was required. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Just be aware it is above a coffee shop that is staffed from 6am. You may hear movement and muffled speaking. You may also be aware...

'We had only 1 criteria for booking a stay which was it had to gave a pool and hot tub. We were in Bend to ride bikes. Post ride hot tub was a priority. When we get there the pool hot tube area was gated and required a pass key. The host provided no pass key. When confronted the host gave me a song and dance then suggested I flag someone inside the area to open the gate.We paid for a hot tub, we shouldnt have to act like dirtbag ski bums poaching a hot tub. Additionally the towels smelled rancid...

'Beautiful and brand new, super clean room and bathroom, with very interactive hosts, prompt to reply to questions. Loved the location for its close proximity to Old Mill shopping area! The only negatives would be the very small size of room, no view from the ground floor, plus construction outside.'

'Have more then a half roll of toilet paper, more then 1 tiny garbage bag, have the key to the pool room like paid for, dish soap to clean the provided dishes'

'So happy we decided to stay here! It was the perfect fit for our family of five. The room was BIG and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were great. A short walk from our room down to the river. We didn't have time to attend any of the happenings but they had love music nearby and a s'mores kit you could buy and make at the fire pits by the river. So fantastic, we will definitely plan another trip in the future!'
