Property: 5/5; The property is beautiful and well taken care of.
Meals: 1/5; The dining experience leaves a lot to be desired. Reservations are taken quickly (I do give 5/5 for the Japanese restaurant. The buffet foods are mediocre at best, not to mention they run out of food quickly and don't refill it in a timely manner. Trying to find someone to refill empty dishes is all but impossible. Empty syrup, bacon, cheese, etc., and not refilled throughout the duration of the mealtime.
Room Service: DO NOT pay extra for the superior/privileged, I saw no difference overall, but for room service, it was laughable. The options for room service were: 1. A sandwich, that looks like Grandma made it for a school lunch 2. A cold hot dog and 3. A ceasar salad with 4 pieces of lettuce. THATS it for dinner/late night room service.
Late Night Dining: You have to go to the snack bar, options are limited and food is cold.
Pools/Bars: Bars don't open until 11 AM, you also cannot order a mimosa or anything alcoholic with your breakfast. The pools and bars (outside of two) close between 6 and 8 pm. The sports bar stays open until 1 AM, but it is outrageously loud, so much so that you wouldn't want to stay in there unless you were intoxicated yourself. There is a beach-ish bar that stays open until 11 pm. Basically, the place is a ghost town for food or drinks past 8 pm.
Beach Access: This is not a beach that you can lounge on and go in and out of, it is full of rocks.
