'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

'We were expecting a typical US suite when we booked this. We were blown away by the property. Separate king-size bedrooms with their own bathrooms, full kitchen, small pool, deck overlooking the beach. It was amazing place and are anxious to stay there again.'

'Internet sporadic at pool, pretty reliable at room. Room felt damp, nice patio with two loungers two chairs, and table- beautiful full view of Banderos Bay'

'Habitación acogedora el único tema fue con la regadera el agua salpica hacia el área del escusado, el personal no se nota, aire acondicionado en buen estado, el estacionamiento es amplio y perfecto. Otro punto importante es que la alberca infinity aunque hay letreros de que no se puede beber hay huéspedes que no respetan y hasta bocinas con banda tenían, lo que no hace la convivencia agradable, solo tómenlo en cuenta Todo lo demás perfecto '

'Hotel is wat ons betreft absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. Eenzijdig eten met sterk wisselende kwaliteit. Kamers zijn wel schoon maar stralen absoluut geen gezellige sfeer uit. Zoals trouwens het hele hotel. Word bijna geen Mexicaanse en Latijns-Amerikaanse muziek gedraaid. Personeel wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!!! Ideale ligging wat betreft de malecon en de marina. Precies er tussen in. Zeer klein strandje. Wie daar voor gaat kan beter naar Nuevo Vallarta gaan. Wat betreft de omgeving echt...

'Clean room'

'We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility '

'It was our 3rd stay at V Azul and again we absolutely loved it! The apartments are amazing, there’s everything you need. The property is very well maintained and clean. The pool on the roof has a spectacular view! The location is perfect: close to the beach and great restaurants. And last but not least: people working at Azul are very friendly and always willing to help. We cannot wait to be back!'
