'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. 'I have stayed many times at various units in Pinnacle 220. It is always a pleasure with great staff and any help when needed. Close to everything in the Romantic Zone. You can easily walk the Malecón from just below Pinnacles to the downtown plaza with many great restaurants close by. A beautiful place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool has a view of Vallarta and the beautiful sunsets.'

'This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue.
