'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

'El condensador del minisplit está en el balcón y esomocasiona que este echando aire caliente, por lo que es imposible estar en el balcón. También solo tiene minisplit en la recámara, por lo que solo enfría esa recámara, pero la estancia y la cocina hace mucho calor. La alberca estaba en mantenimiento, algo que nunca se menciono en el anuncio'

'muy limpio, cómodo, excelente ubicación, excelente personal, sin duda nos volveremos a hospedar; los únicos puntos a mejorar son que si tuvimos problemas a la hora de hacer chekin, no había recepcionista ni personal que nos atendiera, fue complicado, también tenías que pasar 3 puertas para llegar a la habitación, estaba muy encerrado, y mi mamá es claustrofóbica, fue un problema, tampoco me percaté que se tenían que subir muchas escaleras, y nos acompañaban 2 adultos mayores, solo revisen bien...

'After a truly horrible experience with a different property in Puerto Vallarta, Vallarta shores was a saving grace for our family trip. The staff did their best to immediately accommodate our family when moving to their property at 11:00 a.m. The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned with amazing views. We will definitely be back!'
