'The owners were very accommodating. Luci lent to me a backpack, bu repellent, sun screen, and even books to read. The bed was comfortable. The room was huge. A large water dispenser was provided with water. The view from the room and long balcony was fabulous. The friendly macaw made my stay very special and memorable in a good way. 'Hotel is wat ons betreft absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. Eenzijdig eten met sterk wisselende kwaliteit. Kamers zijn wel schoon maar stralen absoluut geen gezellige sfeer uit. Zoals trouwens het hele hotel. Word bijna geen Mexicaanse en Latijns-Amerikaanse muziek gedraaid. Personeel wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!!! Ideale ligging wat betreft de malecon en de marina. 'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...
