'Great place to stay in Seattle! Easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena with a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby. Brand new facility, so everything is in top shape. Breakfast was a nice bonus, especially with kids in tow. Will definitely stay here again!'

'Clean rooms, they have windows that actually open to get fresh air. Very helpful and convenient to have breakfast and to have it until 10am. It saved us a lot on time and food, especially traveling with kids. Staff was decent. The garbage at breakfast was getting full, so I had politely let the girl at the front know so that she can get it changed out so the rest of the guest can throw away their trash. She looked at me like it wasn’t her problem and said “I’ll talk to them about it” and...

'This was our third atay at Citizen M and while we didnt get a beautiful view this time around, we did get early check-in, the friendly staff as well as self check-in option, and the usual comfy bed and uber modern room experience. Started our evening in the lounge with an impeccably crafted “Old Fashioned” and ended our night after the Mariners home opener with a couple of beers and delicious pizza from the kitchen to take back to our room.'

'The valet parking was a touch confusing as we weren’t sure exactly where to go, but that’s more of a layout/street setup issue! Once you pull up and check in with the parking guys it was seamless. The front desk people were SO kind and amazing. Personable, friendly, hilarious and immediately welcoming. Our room was clean and very nicely styled. The beds were very comfortable and the PILLOWS WERE SO MUCH NICER THAN USUAL!! the bedding was soft and didn’t feel like the usual stiff and scratchy...

'The check-in/check-out, room and staff were excellent. Two things to point out, 1) the hotel should consider upgrading the toilet paper (very thin) and 2) the food/drinks for Happy Hour on the 7th floor was subpar. Other than items above, we would go back 😊'
