We were on the 5th floor and we had to allow the water to run for almost 10 mins to get hot and even then it wasn’t as hot as I’m used to at hotels. 'The staff was so kind and made check - in easy. Pictures were like the website. The room had lots of space because we booked a suite. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There were stains on the walls. The things in the cabinets were left over by other guest. The pots and pans were not clean. There was a bar of dove soap above the shower glass.
