'Loved that this place was so spacious and beautiful! There wasn't too many front desk staff but the pool and lighting was great! I loved how the rooms came with washer/dryer, a full kitchen and a stove top. My friends and I got a pool on top of ours and it was beautiful! '

'Great family vacation. Big comfortable room, food was good and the kids club and staff there did a fantastic job. The bonus of attending the Nickelodeon water park was a great perk also.'

'Looks a goodpriced recently build hotel. There is tiny reception with a nice lady working who cant speak english. Unfortunatly, we arived late to the hotel, so they gave our room to others. There non left for us, andso they replaced us to another hotel from the same hotel group Koox. The one we got was the worth the same price but much much older and horrible stay.'

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Een heel mooi hotel in een rustige omgeving, gelegen precies tussen Tulum Pueblo en Tulum Beach. Je hebt dus wel een auto nodig. Als je van rust houdt, is dit hotel echt een aanrader. Ontbijt is wat aan de zuinige kant daarom hebben wij zelf vaak gegeten in Tulum Beach waar hele goede ontbijt tentjes zitten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al kregen wij bij binnenkomst weinig uitleg. De kamer (wij hadden Lagoon) was heel groot, netjes en rustig gelegen en een eigen klein zwembad,...

'Nautibeach is in een woord geweldig. Wij hadden een appartement op de begane grond. De inrichting was wat verouderd, maar de rest maakte dat meer dan goed. Geweldig zwembad en strand voor de deur. Evenals een goed restaurant. Verder alles op loopafstand.'

'The stay was over all pleasant (8 out of 10), although we had complications with the amount of beds reserved for us; we were a party of six and the apartment was prepared for five. There's a really nice gym on the ground floor with all sort of group lessons like yoga, pilates, etc... Please keep in mind that these apartments are not direct to the beach but one block away. One huge tip: when making reservations through booking sites, although you've set the search filter, do check the details...

'The check-in went smoothly, and we really got our hopes up for staying at Irie. But during the first night is where the problems started. Irie stated that there would be security during the night when something was up. We didn’t expect we would be needing them, also since the hotel isn’t located in the ‘party’ area. We had to think again, the hotel itself seemed to be the party area. There is no supervision during the night whatsoever. Neighbors played loud music, people who weren’t staying in...

'Goede lokatie midden in get centrum en toch rustig. Wij heddan jacvuzi in de kamer ( helaas niet al te warm water) waardoor badkamer erg klein was. Geen ruimte voor je toilettassen, en geen handdoekrek of haakje. Geen bakon of raam die uitzicht gaf. Binnenplaats is wel erg leuk met banken en ligstoelen voor het zwembad. Persineel.super behulpzaam en vriendelijk!'
