'reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice'

'I got a room here VERY last minute. The check-in process was extremely easy; they sent you directions to your phone. Then the people at the front desk are very kind and helpful. They took their time to explain the directions we were sent as well. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable. I could hear the guests next door, but that did not bother me. Overall 10/10 experience. I can't wait to go back!'

Irie stated that there would be security during the night when something was up. We didn’t expect we would be needing them, also since the hotel isn’t located in the ‘party’ area. 'Flawlessly clean room and everything. The staff was top notch! All of them. If you need anything they got the answer. Only thing is like all the place is this area of Tulum, the construction can get loud. So for get about random naps. I still give this beautiful place a 10/10!!'

'Excellent property for our family of 5. Rooftop pool and eating area was amazing. All the bedrooms, bathrooms and living space top notch. We would definitely stay here again. There's a 7-Eleven across the street right outside the gated community. We didn't walk anywhere. We used a taxi and then rented a car. Just be careful with parking when exploring. We got our car towed in the hotel beach zone.'
