'Excellent customer service. Great location. Unique room layout that worked pretty well for our needs. Cleanliness could be improved as well as some updates and repairs. Our bathtub and mini fridge were very dated. The gym also needs a complete upgrade. Good value for the area, but rates could have been cheaper as things were still closed for the season. '

'Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. 'The cottage was super ‘comphy’ and perfect for the two of us and had everything that we needed! The owner was fantastic and told us about all the things that we should do while there! Our pup was very welcomed and I knew he was safe if we needed to leave him for dinner. It wasn’t far from Camden/ Rockland/Rockport, which is where we spent a lot of time when not at the cottage. We will definitely suggest it to others and be staying with them again!!'

'This hotel is one of the best I have seen in a long time. The furniture is modern and comfortable, the room was with oceanview. The light morning snack (croissant and croissant au chocolat) was good to get the day started. The whole experience left a very warm feeling.'
