'It is an older property which has been updated with the necessaries, including kitchen and bath. We chose it for the location but mainly, because we were able to bring our two dogs. There were six of us and although the cottage was cozy, we were perhaps a bit cramped. That would not have been an issue but a rainy week forced us inside more than we would have liked. 'Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times. '

'We had such a special week at the Cedar Ridge cabin! Seriously, nothing negative to say. We especially loved the access to boats and the nice swim area and dock, which were perfect for our young kids. The house was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and the beds were super comfortable. Great communication from our host, too! Thanks for sharing this wonderful place. We definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to return soon!'

'This cabin, checked every box that was needed for a perfect peaceful, relaxing, unwinding, recharging weekend get away for my wife and I. A must hike owls head mountain. Absolutely amazing. So much to do both directions just down the road from this location. The cabin was extremely clean. Felt just like home. The hot tub was fabulous on a cold evening. Will definitely look into for future weekends. '

'We spent a week here in July. Beautiful property, quiet neighborhood, it’s off a dead end road so you don’t hear traffic at all. The lake is awesome especially for kids, very sallow so they can swim and kayak easily between islands and dock. Ducks and loons hang around which my kids loved. House was fantastic for us and met all of our needs. Added bonus was the outdoor shower, amazing for rinsing off after getting out of the lake. 'Our stay was wonderful. Our whole family enjoyed the beautiful home and the quiet lake where we were able to fish, canoe and enjoy the water. It was extremely close to the town and we were able to spend time out at dinner, Water Safari, and the shops. The only thing I would say would be difficult to find house as it’s hidden and the driveway was a bit tricky but other than that, our entire family enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back!'
