'I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly
Hello,
I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online.
In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess
was rude and dismissive.
Because there are no...

'The bathroom mirror was falling out of the frame. The wooden counters in the bathroom should be sanded and restored. The drawers in the small dresser were broken and falling apart.
The room was clean, but the curtains were sheers (someone could potentially see in). And the curtains were falling off the curtain rod.'

'Room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The Hudson views were outstanding! The charm of the architecture was awesome with the copper metal patches on the wood plank floors. We missed peak season by a week or two, but the leaves that were still there were stunning from our balcony. We are looking forward to coming back next year during peak! (The views are worth coming in any season, honestly)'

'Laat ik beginnen met het enige wat niet goed was, dat was het extra (derde) uitklap bank/bed.
Comfort van extra het bed is slecht. Nadeel is dat er geen raam open kan in de kamer.
Verder een erg mooi hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Fijn dat er een complete keuken aanwezig is. Ook is er een mooi zwembad.
Hotel ligt naast winkels en shopping mall. Dus goed voor shoppers.'

'The house has been redone in a very pleasing aesthetic and impeccably clean. I appreciated the coffee pods that were left and tea bags and shampoo etc. it’s really thoughtful when owners have these for guests. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the temperature was easy to make comfortable with the individual ac units. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood around the house needs some TLC. We had pizza at Sorry Charlie which was a quick walk away and really enjoyed it. I...
