'The man at the front desk just handed me a key. He did not say anything about the breakfast, gym or dock on the salt pond. Another guest told us about the breakfast. 'This was a perfectly fine hotel for a quick two-night stay in the area. It was conveniently located right next to a Dunkin' Donuts, making the morning coffee run super easy. The hotel itself was under renovations, so there was a lot of construction stuff around. That said, the hotel was amazingly quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly both nights. 'The Atlantic House is in the perfect location with amazing views, which is why we chose to stay there. The hotel needs updating. It’s generally clean, bedspreads don’t match the old curtains still hanging, pleather couch and chair in room. The beds were comfortable though. Front desk doesn’t have any toiletries if you forget to bring anything. We stayed on the first floor and could hear everything that was happening above us. 'This was a great overnight Inn. The staff was super nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Only down side was we weren't able to use the fire place after a chilly rain, but staff did get us a few more blankets.'

'The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. '

'The desk staff were very inviting, the room and bathroom were very clean and parking was plentiful. We only stayed one night but it was a great experience. The location is also great, a number of restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend!'

'It was just perfect! I only have one complaint, I rented this particular room with a door opening outside on the porch to be able to smoke. They still wouldn't allow any smoking outside your door. Unfortunately it rained out entire stay with no where dry to smoke. I understand , but for us smokers it wasn't pleasant. But it is very clean and well maintained with a lot of nice amenities!'
