'This is our 2nd stay at a Placemakr facility and both have been excellent locations. San Antonio is walking distance to many things downtown (Market, historic buildings, etc). The staff at this location are friendly, helpful, and the apartments are very well maintained and quiet. This is a great brand!'

'Great location with ease of access to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. Parking was acceptable though costly for someone not used to city parking. Unfortunately, the day prior to arrival, the air conditioning broke in the part of the building where our reserved room with king bed was located. We were given dual queen beds instead, but without any other compensation. We did not use the other services of the hotel.'

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'I gave this hotel, a nine out of 10. It was an easy check-in, hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. But, there was only one coffee cup, and I had to request more from the cleaning ladies. The next day, we had no coffee cups and the cleaning lady said she did not have any coffee cups on her cart either just lids. So we had no coffee on the second and third day in our rooms. Nor did anyone come to clean our rooms. '

'Service, Service, Service - outstanding! From Ian and the front desk who checked us in and gave us the property scoop, Louis our Bellman and Ray with valet - could not have delivered better service. Sometimes it’s the staff that make your stay and they delivered as well as Kat poolside. Would definitely stay there again. The only negative was the bartender in Corrine - not friendly at all - not even a good morning. Clearly he was put out with my free coffee and lost out on a nice tip. '
