'I had a great time at La Luz. The top side bar had great music with a good view of down town San Antonio. Love the security, but parking is a bit of a different taste. There's available parking but because it's near everywhere, you'll have to pay with an app. Overall, I would do it again with the great comfortable of La Luz.'

Only issue we had was in one bed there were ants in the bed the first few nights in which we got bitten a few times and woke up and killed them. Aside from that, our stay was very enjoyable and the condo is beautiful. '

'Very nice and unique hotel. The valet staff was great and very helpful with parking. We had camping gear in the bed of our truck and they were able to park our vehicle right near the entrance and keep an eye on it through the night so nothing was stolen. Hotel is close to everything; The Alamo, the riverwalk, dining, shopping etc. '

'Everything was amazing .We loved the room , it was very clean and felt like we were at home.The staff was very helpful, especially Mr Jarrod ,he was great at communicating before , during and after check-out .He is such a amazing person.The only downside was the parking , but that is only due to construction .I would definitely book again.'

"Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired."
"Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable."

"Op loopafstand van de riverwalk. Parkeerplaats voor €32 plus belasting zou van je deposit afgehaald worden. Werkelijkheid is dat na ruim een week nog steeds de reservering van de deposit op mijn credit card staat en de parkeerkosten ook al in rekening is gebracht. Ben benieuwd wanneer eindelijk mijn deposit terugkomt.
Verder ging bij het inchecken van alles mis. Twee keer moeten inchecken en de procedure was anders.
Lokatie is prima, maar de service moet beter om te concurreren met de vele hotels op steenworp afstand.
