'Was a great condo for an affordable price. 1/2 block from Metro line made life easy.'

'We really appreciated having such a nice VRBO to help celebrate America 250. When will left DC we went to Shenandoah National Park and stayed in a rustic cabin with no amenities and OMG we missed our VRBO so much.'

'Clean indoors, entry to basement apt could use a fresh coat of paint. Would recommend keypad entry instead of actual key. For the one evening we were there, it was sufficient. Only used the apt for a place to sleep.'

'Everything was exactly as described. Host was very responsive to my questions and checked in several times during our stay.'

'We had such a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and I really appreciated how attentive Mr. Jon was in checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.'

'Great unit near American University. Very clean and spacious, large living room area with a couch and small washer/dryer within the unit, along with a kitchenette, and has a separate bedroom. Appreciated the host provided a couple of bottles of water complementary. Only things to note are the bathroom is very small, toilet comes right up to the shower area (no bathtub), and lighting could be better in the bedroom. Location is great, safe area and about half mile from Tenleytown/AU metro.'

'The host was incredibly accommodating when we unexpectedly arrived early and needed a late check out. The place was clean and had great access to everything in DC. WE felt welcome, safe and respected! A truly great rental, we would stay there again!'

'Clean, comfortable and quiet.'

'Quiet and comfortable unit. It was a very short walk to the Metro. We recommend it and would definitely stay there again.'

'I very much appreciated the ease with which I was able to arrange for the stay, make a change when I needed to, and get in and out as I needed.'
