After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. 'Adorable nicely renovated house in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a kettle, a French press and keurig. The living room furniture is minimal and could use a full length couch. Also for those who might have difficulty navigating stairs the stairs to 2nd floor bedrooms are steep and narrow and the bathroom is on the first floor. The parking for two cars is in a dirt lot a house away. There had just been a significant snow storm a few days before...

'Only one tv for 6 people, no internet or tv service for first 24 hours. Had to use our own streaming services to watch anything. No lamps on bedside nightstands. Some windows didn’t open. Screened porch was in a state of disrepair. Limited kitchen utensils. Thankfully the kids enjoyed the pool and play area in yard. Personally I would rather stay at a Marriott.'

'No pets on this trips. Found some great food and very cute “boutique” home decor shops nearby. House was beautiful. Beds were cloud comfy and we all slept great. Decks on every floor. Roof top deck was perfect for pictures and star gazing. The elevator was a bonus feature for us, as we had our 90 yo mother with us. With a bedroom on the main floor, she had everything she needed all on one floor. Management team was fantastic. Very friendly and kind. Check in was exactly as stated and very easy....

'Beautiful home with lots of space on the river. I loved paddle boarding in the morning, and the kids loved throwing rocks in the river and playing pool. Beds are comfortable and amenities- cookware, towels, soaps were good. There’s a corner store and grocery store nearby. Communication with host company was quick and easy. We’ll be returning:) '

'This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. '

'My sister and sister-n-law always take a road trip once a year, we really liked this house the porch was great for morning coffee and catch up chat. The beds were comfortable, the house was just great in everyway, clean, close to everything so much better than any other place we have stayed.'
