'Had the best time at Jane’s property. It is in the perfect location — a quick walk to the Cliff Walk. From the rooftop to the movie theater, it is a great house for a weekend getaway. The house is very “smart” — if you’re looking to play Spotify, connect to Apple TV, we found that much easier. Also, bring your own towels if you’re a large group! 'The sunset when we arrived at the house was breathtaking. The photos don’t do the house justice, great layout and all the picture windows make for amazing views all day long. Chris was very responsive to us. The beds are very comfortable which is really important to me! Great stay. Would 100% stay here again.'

'The house was clean and light. The backyard was big with lots of seating and a fire pit. (There was even room to play lawn games.) Inside, the couches and mattresses were comfy. The bath had a nice, deep tub. The kitchen was new and well-appointed. We were really pleased with the quiet surroundings and the short drive in to see the sights. It was a great family experience. Matt was a very responsive and accommodating host. Hope we can stay there again soon!'

'My only real complaint is the beds were a bit basic but for the price and the location, everything was perfect for a short stay. The owner was also easy to communicate with.'

'The home is lovely and in a great location. We come to Newport every year with our dogs and genuinely enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we alter the property manager the dryer was broken. They promised to fix asap but the dryer was never fixed during our stay. This is one of the key perks for a rental home vs a hotel for us. This deducting 1 star.'
