'What an excellent experience. We were within walking distance of everything in down town Rockport. The bathroom/shower was compact but very functional. The bedroom and living area were comfortable, with our own personal private outdoor patio. If you like tiny-home living, this is a perfect spot. We'll definitely be coming back!'

'The room had amazing features and was larger than expected. Great tv options, amazing linens, and a spa shower. Plenty of high quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The only improvement would be to add a small supply of beach chairs to use and an 11am check out time instead of 10 am. But overall 10/10. '

It was in a quite, safe neighborhood and we were able to walk anywhere that we needed to go! The view of the beach across the street was wonderful and we loved that we could open the windows and catch the ocean breeze. We felt safe sleeping with the windows open and were never awakened by other guests or traffic noises.
