'Harbor View Inn is a wonderful place to stay on Mackinac Island! It's only a few blocks from Main Street, walking distance of 10 minutes, yet far enough away from Main Street to be quiet & peaceful. The Inn is very clean, the staff was very helpful & friendly. Bike rental is cheaper at the Inn than other rental places & it's a short walk of about 6 blocks to the ferry landing. 'Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and nice, chill location away from the crowds and shops. All positives. But for what they charge, which I guess is in line with what everyone else charges on the island for rooms, food, and activities, the value is super low. You could stay in a beachfront condo in Florida, California, or a Caribbean island for less per night. The food was fine, but it'd be nice if they had a little more variety and it be a bit healthier.
