'I want to start off by giving a huge thank you to a female staff member who work the front desk. I had an unexpected occurence and she was so helpful and sweet. The customer service was great. I gave it 3 stars because the beds were uncomfortable, and one of the tv's didnt work in our room. We had kids with us, so working the second tv wouldve been such a big help. The view was beautiful and the firepits was nice.'

'Me and my son stay here every year on our way to Canada. Great place and close to downtown Mackinaw.'

'The decor is very contemporary, clean, and modern. An extra treat was a bar in the lobby/breakfast area. The only negative was a very old and warped sliding screen going out onto the balcony. Would not hesitate in staying there again.'

'I've stayed at Clearwater several times. In Mackinaw City it is located around the bend away from big crowds. It's quiet, extremely clean, on the beach with smores at nite, each balcony faces the Mackinaw Bridge for a beautiful lite nite view. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. For a quiet night to relax and enjoy the area, it's perfect.'
