He even texted me after we settled in to ensure everything was up to our satisfaction. Very impressed! It was super clean and the bed was so comfortable that we overslept. We loved the Shampoo and Body wash and bought all of them to take home! Can’t wait to go back!'

'Great hotel for an Asheville trip. Location is excellent and most downtown attractions, breweries, and restaurants are easily walkable. The bar at night was a fun place to hangout with the other guests and talk. The poor bartender needed help though. Too many people for him to be making drinks and running late night bites.'

'We had to check out of another hotel due to noise issues. Walked into this hotel hoping for a room.Kristy was very friendly and sympathetic. She found us a room and allowed us to check in early to make things easier for us. Our room was clean, and thankfully, quiet. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and breakfast was excellent. Kristy saved our vacation and we are very thankful. We will stay here again.'

'The room and bathroom were very clean and the only slight negative was the fact that the HVAC unit could not be controlled easily by the guest and appeared to eb pre-programmed with no local control at the unit below the window. It was cold during our stay and we could not warm the room up in the slightest. The parking was fine with re-entry possible only at the front entrance which was OK and makes sense for security. Our view was of the adjacent buildings rooftop and not appealing, so if...
