'We had such a wonderful stay at Pendry Manhattan West. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—exquisite, tasteful, blissfully quiet, and impeccably clean. Our corner suite was truly impressive, with expansive windows wrapping around the room and offering breathtaking views in multiple directions across Manhattan. The luxurious bath and modern, refined design made it a serene retreat after a full day exploring the city.

'The location one of the best parts of this hotel. You are steps away from luxury shops and restaurants. You have access to Zero Bond and a speak easy bar (located in the basement). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the space was pretty good. '

'The hotel is inside part of the old Met Life building on Madison Avenue which makes it a little difficult to find for the taxi drivers. Once actually in the hotel the staffing level is good and staff are attentive and helpful. The rooms are of a good size for NY and as this is a new hotel they are in very good condition.
