'I was surprised that they only provide paper cups in the room, like a motel. When complained, they told me they would send some glass cups, they never did. Very disappointed by their service. The room was very noisy and the hvac did not work well and kind of noisy. I don’t think i will return. They also charge lots of destination fees for nothing. The bed was very soft, no cabinets or drawers in the room.'

'This hotel is truly beautiful — Art Deco style, full of character and soul. The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. It’s located downtown, and many sights are within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are also nearby. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom could use renovation.
