'Great location and a beautiful hotel. Walls on the 4th floor are thin. Could hear people talking walking down the hallways. Can hear the toilet flush next door to the room. Was given a voucher for the bar or coffee counter to cover the resort fee. We don't drink so we chose to get a Frappuccino. They said they didn't have the ability to make them even tho they are on the menu. They also will only honor it for hot coffee. So we ended up giving the vouchers to the first person we saw. 'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '
