'Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. 'We had such a wonderful time on our trip to LA area. The apartment was the perfect place to call home while we were there. The location was great. It was out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to hop right over to any area. 'It was really bad. The apartment was so poorly insulated you could hear every single person walk by outside. On to of that the street was very loud. People driving at very high speeds blasting music well into the early morning. The parking situation is not what is listed on listing which caused an argument with one of the residence. 'Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star.'
