'Not a pleasant stay, no communication before checkin time to inform I cannot checkin due to last guest overdtay, had to replan last min when we call the building: digital lock not reliable, had to try a few times, view is nice but room not well maintained.'

'Mould in shower. State of disrepair. Tv did t work. Shower started running water by itself. I left and booked into another hotel within 1 hour of arriving. Tried to get my money back. No success so far. '

'Yes, the room is very spotless. No staff but the instruction to pick up the keys and enter the is simple & easy to follow. '

'I arrived the unit late at 10.30pm, the key was placed in the mail room. I had taken it and follow instruction to park at level 6 at designated parking lot. However the key access to higher level was not working. Called no one respond. Taking risk to park at lower level, get in room fist. Saw a few coacroach on bed and table! Next day check out still not pick up my call, terrible management!'

'The best part of this stay was how close it is to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. There are also many local food options right downstairs, giving a great chance to enjoy the local flavors. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout the stay.'
