'The property was great. Met all expectations for our family vacation with a group of 16. The rooms and layout were as pictured, the location was great, very short drive to downtown Pigeon Forge and right by Dollywood. It is right in the mountains, so definitely need to use caution for bears. We had a visit by a bear in the driveway within our first hour, so keep watch on the kiddos, especially if going to extra room, which is accessed from separate, outside entrance. '

'The cabin is beautiful, and just as pictured. The driveway is not for the faint of heart, but once you drive it a few times-it’s not so bad. Very quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views. We even saw a mama bear and her three cubs while there! The location of the cabin is close to everything. Communication with the owner was simple, easy, and effective. She responded to every message I had within a few hours. Truly a great experience.'

'The house is close to most area attractions Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating. Definitely bring mosquito spray those buggers are fierce at dusk and evening. It is a bit of a climb to get to the house and a couple of the roads are pretty steep. We had an enjoyable stay and would stay again! Did see a big old black bear scratching his back about 3 power poles from the house.'

'We had a great stay! The house was the perfect size and number of beds for our two families. We had 7 kids under age 10 and they really enjoyed the game room! The kitchen was well stocked and even had spices, coffee creamer and sugar, flour, etc. The dining table was a nice size for our crew. The only suggestion i have is to replace the trash can in the kitchen with one that has a step on lever to open. We had a great time in the Smokies staying at Bill and Abby's place :-)'

The floors were the cleanest we have ever had. We set new high scores on the arcade game, but I'm sure that you can beat them. We played pool, and we played in the river. It was close to everything that we needed and wanted! It was great!'
