'Very close to university'

'The house was as advertised. The check in process was great and excellent responses to all my questions! Even during a storm that came thru the city on Saturday, constant care and messages were maintained. Because I live in the city I know that the area the house is located in is not a good area after dark. But, having full use to the garage made it safe to come in at night with no cars left outside. The house is beautifully maintained, no complaints there at all.'

'It was a very pleasant stay. Loved the location. Goats, horses, donkeys and cattle to hang out with. Show up easy on expectations and you will enjoy it. Previous posters complained of AC issues but the AC there was plenty strong and kept the place comfortable at 70.
