'Estava tudo limpo, organizado e com vários itens disponíveis para utilização como utensílios de cozinha e itens de higiene. Foi fácil estacionar e tudo ocorreu bem. Muito perto da Warner.'

'I liked the property was on the beach. I don’t like that I didn’t get the room with the view. I paid quite a bit and I thought it was a little bit overpriced for what I paid for but other than that experience was nice.'

'Satisfactory for a buisness or small vacation trip!'

'Absolute stunning views. Felix was an amazing host and very efficient in replying to any questions we had. Pool was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here than a hotel! Will return next time we are visiting LA.'

'We had a fantastic stay in Burbank. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having a supermarket nearby made it easy to buy groceries during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient to use, which made preparing meals very enjoyable. Check-in was quick and simple. Since the room was accessed with a door code, we didn’t have to carry a key around,...

'Great location with great views and amenities. Host was very communicative'

'Everything was excellent I do recommend it.'

'The apartment was perfect for my son and i to stay in. It central to where we needed to be and was close to a supermarket and gym which was convenient for daily food & exercise. Kitchen at apartment was great with many appliances to cook with. Host was super helpful even before we arrived with tips and assistance with package issues. Only minor issue was the bed was small for us both to share - it might be small for tall and bigger people. I am 5'11 for reference.'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely home and great parking.'

'Location, location, location.Steps away from the fabulous shops and restaurants of Santa Monica's Montana Avenue, in one of the nicest neighborhoods for walking in all of the Los Angeles area. Whole Foods and a larger grocery store both within easy walking distance as well. Sara, the host, was incredibly responsive, and there were so many nice touches, including a supply of coffee that lasted me the whole 6 weeks I was there, a handy water cooler, fresh muffins and flowers upon my arrival, and...

'Fantastic safe and clean option near downtown L.A. The apartment/hotel building was a lot older than I was expecting, but the room seemed freshly renovated. The elevator is old and small, but still worked. The room was right next to a street, so there was some traffic noise from time to time. The host was wonderful and answered every question I had. The room amenities were enough to make the stay feel like home. Hard to find a better option for this area at this price range that makes you feel...

'Fantastic property and amazing host. Just steps away from the beach and just a short walk to both the glorious chaos of Ve'

'This property was excellent for our needs. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance or a short driving distance from stores, dining, and shops. The owners were quickly responsive to any questions we had.'

'It feels nice and private'

'I had a wonderful stay, I felt like I was in an oasis! The outdoor patio was great, the bed and couch bed were comfortable. A great space and very clean and peaceful'

'The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.'

'Picturesque location as an escape from the traffic and noise. Eclectic and artsy lodging created by free spirits over time. Some might say quirky. Accommodation was not modern which provided extra charm. Comfortable for just me to get away, but close to beach and city and its offerings. Hosts responded quickly and provided great directions to off beaten path. I would stay here again when I have more time to hike and explore (nearby state park). Thanks so much.'

'Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good. The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again'
