'Location made it easy to go into the city on foot. Room was basic, almost no facilities ( no fridge, no microwave, no comfortable chair), internet connection was poor. Parking included in room price, very good.'

'The hotel was very nice as were the staff. As in many cities there is a significant homeless population close to the hotel. We have no difficulty, we were not bothered, it’s just sad to witness. Powell Books is a stones throw away, we had a few (4-5) blocks to walk for a meal. We wanted to watch play off hockey (Canadians!!) and we had no problem finding bars with TV’s. Staff in all areas we were gave great friendly service. All and all good city, very decent hotel. '

'At arrival I was welcomed by a nice gentlemen who told me the thing I needed tot know. The bedroom In booked was about $80 a night which is quite cheap for a location like this. The room had a huge bed, huge tv with like 200 channel (also HBO), big fridge and airco. Plugs (electricity) were fine. Daily housekeeping even if didn't ask tot.A good thing- they kept my room clean every day with new towels and a made up bed.If I'm back in Portland, I would stay here again.'

'The room here was very nice and clean and we liked being able to sit in the beautiful library section of the lobby while doing some computer work during our stay. The parking garage was also conveniently located and there were lots of options for cute coffee shops nearby. '

'The accommodations were clean and staff friendly. Had the free breakfast in the bar one morning and enjoyed the Bloody Mary with my meal. All conveniences you could want under one roof. Would stay there again. '

"Zeer mooi authentiek hotel met leuke bar. Uitzicht kamer op stad (meerprijs). Je kan zelf parkeren of valet: maar kosten zijn aanzienlijk. Direct in centrum. Aanrader: neem de tram!"
