'I stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and public transportation. Breakfast had good variety, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Our room was lovely with a clear view of Mt Fuji. The bathtub was deep, the executive lounge was inviting and had lattes and matcha and snacks. The breakfast wasn’t as good as the other 3 hotels we stayed in, but it was solid. Shibuya is a pretty overwhelming place, but overall we liked being so close to the station.'

'Beautiful new hotel, although space is still tight, it is well thought out and beautifully designed. There is slight road noise coming through the windows though, so sound proofing could have been better. Overall, recommended!'

'The breakfast is worth it by itself. Rooms are clean and a decent size from what I have been hearing about rooms in Japan. Very clean and well maintained along with the rest of the property. Can not say enough about the staff. Kind, friendly and willing to help with anything. Vicinity is close to everything from shopping to eating. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Big thank you to everyone at this hotel. '

'Dormy Inn Shibuya was an excellent stay for our purposes. Close to Shibuya and Harajuku stations for connections, shopping and eating options. While some staff lacked knowledge of English, they were always extremely helpful. The hotel itself was in fine form, too. Rooms a bit small, but that's Japan for you. And facilities and cleaning services were great. Lovely onsen bathing facilities. Recommended!'
