'Beautiful hotel and great location'

'The hotel is brand new—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Its location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby, which made exploring the area very convenient. The staff was polite, though English was limited. Still, with some patience, we were able to communicate and get what we needed. One downside was that, despite booking with VIP status, there was no acknowledgment or recognition—not even a small gesture—which was disappointing....

'Uitstekende locatie op redelijke loopafstand van openbaar vervoer en winkels. Prima wijk en een ruim appartement. Badkamer krijgt een 10! '

'The check at reception a friendly lady helped us very well to check in. The only advice I have is to clean a little better the room (some places are a bit dusty in the appartment). I can recommend this place for anybody else. Everything is close by, rent a bike, bike to the temples or visit the market which is a walking distance from Minn Sanjo. '

"We have a room with a little bit more space then the room of our friends at the same floor. The hotel is quite new. There are enough USB charging points in the room. Unfortunately the USB at my bed side was not working. The breakfast is quite good, Enough Japanese and western food to choose. Location is good, 1 stop from Kyoto train station and walking distance to the center"
