The huge number of bathing amenities and special pillows from which to choose were also a fun and unexpected perk. We did not take advantage of the breakfast or dinner ramen because of the many tasty eateries nearby. We spent three weeks in Japan and this was our kids’ favorite hotel!'

'Room was very dates. Didnt feel clean at all. There was noice from neighbours the entire night. Hotel entrance was hard to find. Room wasnt dark in the morning en the curtains had holes in them. Aircon didnt really work. Sink was broken. Only upside was the location near shops, canal and metro'

'The onsen is a great plus and the amenities is perfect. Everything you need, they provided! Part of the onsen was just for women. So nice.
The staff didn’t spoke fluent English, but it was good enough to communicate.

'Hotel was great! I think its really value for the money because its clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Loved the bath tub in twin room and all the soaps ans small details :) only thing the breakfast was quite repetitive and simple, so possibly yoi could survive with Aeon food, which is 1 min from the hotel '

'Hotel ligt op een top locatie in de wijk Namba, in de buurt van het beroemde Dotonbori. We hadden een hoekkamer geboekt zodat we meer daglicht hadden op onze kamer. Het gehele interieur is nogal donker van kleur. Hoekkamer met een wasmachine op de kamer is zeker een aanrader. We hebben heerlijk geslapen goede matrassen met 2 verschillende kussens heel ideaal. Het ontbijt zat bij ons inbegrepen maar was niet bijzonder dat vind ik persoonlijk. In de buurt genoeg tenten.

"The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The area is nearby dotonbori. The hotel is just a minute walk away. But the noisy area of dotonbori doesn't bother the hotel. Next time in Osaka, I will definitely be back here!"
"Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out.
The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors.

"Dit hotel kent een chique uitstraling. De kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant, zeker wanneer je met twee personen reist maar als solo reiziger is het prima te doen.
Het bed is een mooi groot bed en met mijn 1.93 zeker in de lengte niet te klein. Het matras was lekker hard. Iets wat ik wel kan waarderen.
De kamer was voorzien van een TV met een beperkt aantal Japanse zenders maar je kon ook gebruik van YouTube of inloggen op een van de vele streaming aanbieders zoals Netflix.
De badkamer was klein maar voorzien van een toilet/bidet met verwarmde bril. Ik ga dit wel missen in de winter in Nederland. De douche is heerlijk. De sterkte van de straal kan ingesteld worden maar over het algemeen wat aan de harde kant. Dit kan verminderd worden door minder druk op de kraan te zetten.
Zeker een aanbeveling voor mensen die Osaka willen verkennen. Het is centraal gelegen nabij Osaka Namba station van waaruit diverse trein en metrolijnen vertrekken. "
