The staff were so nice and friendly. When we were checking out we told them we were taking the Shinkansen and one of the staff members took our full size luggage and led us down the block and through the train station so we wouldn’t have to carry our luggage down the stairs, all the way to the gate! 'The onsen is a great plus and the amenities is perfect. Everything you need, they provided! Part of the onsen was just for women. So nice. The staff didn’t spoke fluent English, but it was good enough to communicate. It was close to the subway. With 2 little kids that’s a great plus! If we go back we would consider this hotel again!'
