'The Virgin Hotel London is a Top-Notch inspiring, friendly, Trendy Hotel. Everything in the room is well-thought-out. My stay for 3 nights was heaven on earth. The only bug in this story was the financial payment of the deposit; the payment-system had its the off. But all-in-all - GREAT! Will be back! Kindly.'

'Geen 5 sterren waard! Kranen die zot draaien (de ene dag ijskoud water en de andere dag heet water uit de douche in de welness), gaten in vloer in badkamer, beperkt ontbijt (enkel toastbrood qua brood), voor alles bijbetalen (vb als je 10 min wil tafeltennissen moet je de bowlingbaan afhuren), personeel dat op laatste dag ineens onterecht zegt dat we maar voor 2p (ipv 4p die nota bene op zelfde kamer slapen) ontbijt hebben betaald, privé parking blijkt achter de hoek buiten op een schoolterrein...
