'Perfect for what we needed for visiting family. Walking distance to shops. Clean and has what you need. Colin is very responsive to any requests.'

'Honey feel and nice area.'

'I’d lived in Seattle for over 3 decades having recently moved to the Midwest so to come back for work while staying just 4 miles from my office & 1 from my son in an immaculate, comfortable apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. Just wonderful! Next time I return to Seattle for work or a visit, Tracy’s apartment will always be my first choice!'

'The host are as amazing as the property. 10/10 would go back. The view is spectacular only stayed one night but would love to return in the future for about a week just to relax and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.'

'Very clean and comfortable place to stay with great access to “all the things”. The view is what makes this space special. One thing to note is that this unit is attached to the owners property and the outdoor space is common space for all. This can make it seem not quite as private, if you’d like to have curtains, doors open to enjoy the views.'

'Awesome location! Very clean and quiet. I appreciated the security as this is a ground floor unit.'

'It was clean and accommodating, everything was there that we needed.'

'Cute stay close to Green Lake !'

'We loved this place!! One of the best views from a hotel balcony I have ever seen! Incredible!! Spent hours on my balcony watching the birds and the surf. So peaceful. Apartment was clean and had everything. It was just a little tricky finding the place off the highway because the sign has the English name on it not the Native American name that was online. Otherwise, totally awesome!'

'Good place to stay for a short period. Place was a little smaller then we are use to, but it had everything needed for our stay. Pet friendly and a good neighborhood.'

'Everything was great!'

'Modern and attractive with any amenity you may need for a longer stay. '

'Very thin walls and spotty wifi. Location was great and room was clean.'

'Lovely property to stay in while we were visiting our children in Ballard. Comfortable, well appointed and excellent hosts. Loved the quirkiness of the basement apartment which made it so easy to sleep Would definitely book again!'

'Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.'

'Lovely place and the host was always quick to reply and even offered suggestions about local places to visit. The view from the balcony was amazing and the sunsets over the lake were pure perfection.'

'Great proximity to T-Mobile Park, as we were in town for a baseball game. Super clean space. Enjoyed our stay!'
