'The house is very spacious, so there was more than enough space for our group.. The location was great in terms of the private beach. It's just that the beach and dock were covered in goose poop and some feathers. The outside of the house look like it needs some cleaning to remove yard debris and mildew. Additionally the only AC in my bedroom didn't, was just a fan. It was just disappointing. This location has so much potential. It just needs some attention for it to be an ideal vacation spot.'
