'Excellent stay with friendly hosts. Comfortable and cosy ensuite room with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Very good, freshly cooked breakfast. Ample on street parking available and within 5-10 minutes walk of Skegness Pier and easy driving distance to Butlins. I would certainly stay again if seeking bed and breakfast accommodation in Skegness.'

'Good situation overlooking the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good though breakfast coffee too weak. Only problem is lack of lifts. I have arthritis and walk with a stick and getting up several flights of stairs with a heavy case was not easy.'
