'What a great little place! The property was exactly what was advertised. Both the room and the property were clean, quiet, and had all the amenities available that were listed! Not to mention the location, it was in the most perfect spot to be able to see recording studios and just minutes away from Broadway! Uber rides are only roughly $10 to broadway street, but there are also SEVERAL E-bikes and scooters around everywhere, so it made it both fun and easy to get around and just cruise the...

'This is a great place to stay if visiting Nashville. I was traveling with my dog and the place was very accommodating. The location is great for getting around - it is right off 440 and close to downtown and other attractions like 12 S and Vanderbilt. I highly recommend staying here - very clean and seamless check in and out process.'

'Had planned on booking at a sooner date but sadly was unable to due to communication. We checked that evening April 27 and checked 28. The room was pretty cool, except the leaking problem. We weren't able to enjoy the room from have to dry the water coming from the bottom of the trim and from the closet. The closet had mold growing at the bottom. 'This apartment is charming, and offers the added bonus of a porch for watching the world go buy. The area is largely residential, with beautiful tree lined streets. It is close to a grocery store, to the 12 South area, and Hillsboro Village. All within easy walking distance. Hard to leave.'

Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay'
