'This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit...

'Absolutely loved our stay. Our room was perfect. Furniture and bed was comfortable. Nicely renovated! Outside space to hang out by the bay was awesome as well. Originally booked for 6 nights, but ended up extending our stay 2 more nights. Communication was fantastic!'

'Erg leuk resort met mooie suites voorzien van alle gemak en mooi terras. Gelegen in het historic district met het strand aan de overkant en veel vertier naast de deur. Ook een leuke pier..'

'Overall accurate listing and no major complaints. Small notes, prior guests must not have washed dishes thoroughly and room had some dust/sand. Towels cannot be swapped by front desk but paid laundry is available. Convenient beach access with rinse station.'

'Prachtig gelegen complex aan het strand. Ieder appartement heeft een eigen parkeerplaats onder het complex. Ruim balkon met uitzicht op zee en appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Keurig schoon. Gezellige buurt met winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Absolute aanrader.'

'Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! '

'We had a rainy weekend, but that didn't detract from the impressiveness of the unit. The view was outstanding, and I can only imagine how nice it would've been on a sunny day. The parking was also much better than expected. We have a large SUV, and we could easily navigate through the parking areas.'

'This place is a small piece of paradise, a few steps and you are in Siesta Beach. It’s so quiet considering it’s in a corner lot with lots of human and vehicle traffic. The ambiance is so lively yet cozy because people are well behaved and friendly. We will definitely come back.'
