'Our family of five had a great stay at this rental… beautiful house, clean and amazing location! Lake Tahoe is just a few feet away from the back deck! The community the house is located in is clean and safe and it’s walking distance from King’s Beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. We had to call the property’s helpline a couple times and they answered promptly and helped us right away. 'Our stay in Tahoe was more enjoyable with this house. Good location and right on the water. The home is right off North Lake Blvd so there is some traffic noise but the view and being lakefront more than make up for the noise. '

'The floors were dirty as evidenced by my filthy slippers. There was a red wine stain on the floor near the fireplace, which I wiped up. The vacuum does NOT work. The battery needs to be replaced (charging it does not work). We shouldn’t have to launder our sheets and towels. I have never had to do this in other VRBO homes.This was particularly difficult after having Thanksgiving dinner and then leaving on a 6 a.m. flight the next day. 'Great place, great location. Main room was roomy and cozy. Owners were very responsive and extremely accomodating. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. We ended up mistakenly taking one of their pillows home with us and they were very understanding and patient about getting it returned to them!'
