'Location is wonderful. It is next to Puerta del Sol, but quiet in the apartment. Guests in apartment above got pretty noisy on NYE. Just a warning.... Access is through your cell phone. Stairs are steep'

'We were upgraded to a bigger place due to some lock issue but the place had a leak on the main bathroom they did fix but the master bedroom bathroom smelled like sewer and the locks were funky; the beds were too firm for us too. I asked for an early check-in but they were pretty firm on checkin in at 3pm and there is a fee so we opted not to. '

'The location was great & central to everything. The place is in a pedestrian area with no car access so be aware that if you have a lot of, or heavy luggage you will need to walk quite a bit before you get to the place. The owner should really make this clear in the description. Besides that, the place is great.'

'Great location in the heart of the shopping area near Sol, and a short walking distance to the royal palace and other attractions. Very convenient to have luggage storage after we checked out.'
