'Centrally located, just steps off Puerta del Sol, yet completely silent, dark and cool (great a/c) which made for perfect sleeping. Not really a cozy place to hang out though (no natural light) and the check-in process was a little frustrating. Turned out just fine but got multiple emails asking for passport numbers even though we had already provided them and had a little trouble figuring out how to use the app to access the street-level door for the first time.'

'If you’re looking for a fantastic location this is the place for you. It can be loud at night as you are located on the main pedestrian strip but you get used to it. Check in process was easy and the phone app to unlock the doors was amazing. One of the bathrooms did not have hot water so we could only could use one shower. The curtains didn’t work well either. Overall, we enjoyed our stay (other than the shower/lack of water pressure) as we really didn’t stay in the apartment as we were...

'Great location in the heart of the shopping area near Sol, and a short walking distance to the royal palace and other attractions. Very convenient to have luggage storage after we checked out.'

'Location, location, location! Can’t beat the location of this stay if you’re wanting to stay in the heart of Madrid. They also allowed me to check in 2 hours early which was super helpful by them. Check in was a breeze as well, petty simple. The balcony offers a great view of the city as well! Our only complaint as Americans who love AC was the apartment wouldn’t get very cool, wasn’t hot but it wouldn’t get as cool as we were accustomed to in the states.'
