'The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. 'Also die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung (Homerti) war ziemlich gut. Es gab die eine oder andere Frage, die ohne große Zeitverzögerung beantwortet wurde. Zahlen konnte man in mehren Teilraten per Paypal oder Kreditkarte. Auf der Buchungsseite wurden drei Tage vor Reisebeginn Check-In-Deteils angegeben und man konnte die Ankunftszeit in Palma angeben und der Eigentümer hat sich telefonisch direkt nach Ankunft am Flughafen bei mir telefonisch gemeldet. 'Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. '

'la petite maison est très coquette et agréable, même si l'on était en hauteur de la route de tramuntana les matinées et soirées sont très tranquiles. La maison est sur un départ pour pas mal de randonnées et c'était top. Pour ceux qui veulent la plage vraiment à côté ce n'est pas pour vous, mais si vous chercher une combinaison avec de la rando et montagne c'est vraiment bien. Les gens de Homerti sont avenants et arrangent les choses si nécessaire.'

'We spent a week in this fabulous house and loved everything about it! But let’s be honest: what makes the experience so unique is the VIEW!!!! The place makes you feel miles away from the rest of the world, yet you are 5 minutes away from all services, and 10 minutes from the beach. "Second time we stayed at Suites & Spa, this time in the "old" building, room was very spacy and clean, take moisture in bathrooms in account! Personell very friendly. You have two options for breakfast (4th floor adults only and ground floor) which both have different options. Towel change at the pool is very practical and extra service. Suite case safe for if you have to check out in the morning and your flight departs in the evening (we could you use the pool the whole days, shower at spa included)!"
