'We had a supertime in this very comfortable and well furnished and very complete appartment. The location is great, walking distance from the beach and a lot of great places to go to. All instructions and information was very good and we easily felt at home!!! Great towels!!'

'The place was great- good location in Miami Beach. Our only issue was with parking. The public garage is actually on 13th- not 12th. The garage was full when we arrived after a long day of travel. The Carlyle does not have valet as noted in the description. The Leslie Hotel next door was kind enough to let us use their valet. It made for a stressful arrival. Would stay again now that we are aware of the parking situation.'

'1. They don't provide extra toilet paper for the bathroom, even for long stays. 2. You call the host, but she doesn't answer or return calls. 3. The photos of the common area are from a different building. I rented thinking I would be in the building with the Palace bar, but they sent me to a different building. 4. The elevator never works. 5. A lot of light comes into the room. 6. The receptionist didn't even respond when I said "good afternoon," very rude.'

'So originally we booked a 2 queen beds suite but the A/C wasn't working in that room. Prop. Manager was able to switch us to another room that had a King bed and sleeper sofa which worked fine. Bathroom doors were kind of broken though. Keep in mind that this hotel is literally right next to a night club so it can get loud. Appreciated the complimentary ear plugs.'
