'We had a supertime in this very comfortable and well furnished and very complete appartment. The location is great, walking distance from the beach and a lot of great places to go to. All instructions and information was very good and we easily felt at home!!! Great towels!!'

'Great place for a stay in midst of the Art Deco SouthBeach! Along Ocean Drive and only few steps away from the beach this location is perfect. The place itself is nicely decorated and comfortable and you really feel like coming home with all amenities and comfort. It is also quiet eventho many restaurants and bars are nearby. 'This is a great studio, especially for the rate. I chose this one due to the view. You look right out on the Miami Beach sign and sunrise through the palms was an added bonus.The VRBO listing is accurate. The bed is very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Options on the TV were expansive. The washer and dryer is only three doors down the hallway. Security on South Beach itself was surprising to a first time visitor. There was also a security person at the front desk every time I went...

'The best thing about the property was the location which was great and very centrally. The rooms conditions however were pretty neglected, especially kitchen/living area. e.g. cushions of couch full of stain, e.g. toaster was broken, owner was informed but didn't take care about it, no instructions for air-conditions (Europeans are not get used for), TV, Micro, other electrical equipment; whole place somewhat of dirty; kitchen equipment very basic; everything a bit grimy, no really appetising.'

'Location was perfect. Loved being by everything. Parking wasn’t an issue during the week but was difficult on weekends. Property beach equipment could use updating. There was some construction noise at 7 am a few days. Needed glass cleaner to tidy up during our stay since there is a lot of glass everywhere. Would stay again for sure. Owner was quick with responding.'

'It’s a basic motel room. No cleaning stuff. Tv wasn’t working the first day. Lack of small stuff like paper towels, hangers in bathroom to hang towels. One roll of toilet paper for 7 days stay'

'Clean, modern studio apartment with W/D, kitchenette, and large fridge. Bathroom quite nice. The bed was a bit lumpy and like ALL of the Brickell apartments and condos late nite Lamborghini and muscle car backfires are common. Our host was polite and left earplugs on the bed when we. Checked in. Given its location, I would stay there again. '
