'Really liked that it was on Ocean Drive and close to everything on South Beach ! The staff were incredibly helpful and provided free bottles of water, beach towels, advice etc. with a smile. We used the Sun loungers twice during our stay with no issues. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable and made up every day. Nice size TV and fridge and air con all worked well. 'The property it self was good though very expensive. The room was great but be aware, if you dont want anything to drink in the room read first. They have a refrigerator full off drinks, cupboard full of snack at a hefty price. If you charge anything to the room there is a 20% gratuity. So the refrigerator is full of drink unable to use it at all moreover, if you want to heat up anything, you will need to rent a microwave from them at a cost of 25 dollars.
